Who can use Internet Banking?
- Retail customers:
Savings Account holders with operating types like SELF, EITHER OR SURVIVOR, ONLY FIRST, KARTA, and more. Most common account combinations are supported including joint and single-user modes.
- Business customers:
Proprietorship Current Account holders can use the Business Banking portal to manage operations digitally.
- NRE/NRO customers:
Currently enabled for view-only access. Transaction functionality will be added in future releases.
