Card Activation – Green PIN Setup
- Insert card > Select “Green PIN” > Generate OTP
- Reinsert card > Enter OTP > Set your PIN
Note : As per RBI guidelines, never share your debit card number, PIN, OTP, or CVV with anyone — even if they claim to be from the bank.
Managing Your Card
• Lost Your Card?: Call 1800-209-1122, or drop a mail at care@unitybank.co.in or visit a branch for blocking the Debit card
• Request Replacement: Place a request in branch via physical form submission
